Phuthi Boshielo
Managing Director
Phuthi Boshielo serves as the Managing Director and Chief Operating Executive at Boshland Africa (Pty) Ltd, overseeing the overall operations of the company's core business divisions, including construction, engineering, and industrial services. With a B.Eng degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pretoria, Phuthi brings extensive engineering experience to his role, covering projects, construction, engineering maintenance, and asset care management.
Additionally, Phuthi holds a Government Certificate of Competence (GCC) from the Department of Labor and a Masters in Engineering Management (Asset Care Management) from the University of Pretoria.

Maidi Mmotong
Chief Financial Executive
Maidi Mmotong serves as the Chief Financial Executive at Boshland Africa (Pty) Ltd, overseeing the company's overall financial management. She holds a B.Com degree in Accounting Sciences from the University of Johannesburg and a B.Com degree in Accounting (Honours) from UNISA. Maidi has also achieved Board Level 1 certification.
Currently, Maidi is actively pursuing her Chartered Accountant qualification, further enhancing her expertise in financial management. With a wealth of experience, she has spent numerous years working as an auditor at Auditor General South Africa (AGSA), honing her skills and knowledge in the field.

Matshabelle Shalang
Human Resource Manager
Matshabelle Shalang serves as the Human Resource Manager at Boshland Africa (Pty) Ltd. Holding a National Diploma in Human Resource Development from Tshwane University of Technology, she brings a wealth of experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, as well as compensation and benefits.
With a solid background acquired from working in diverse organisations over the years, Matshabelle is responsible for both strategic and functional aspects of all human resource disciplines. In addition to her strong business and management skills, she has been instrumental in reforming human resource strategies at Boshland Africa. This includes attracting highly competent personnel, implementing effective recruitment and selection processes, devising strategic compensation plans, managing performance systems, and overseeing training and development initiatives.

Lebogang Leshalabe
SHERQ Manage
Lebogang Leshalabe is the SHERQ Manager at Boshland Africa (Pty) Ltd, responsible for overseeing safety management initiatives. Lebo holds a National Diploma in Safety Management and is currently in the final year of completing her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Management. With a strong background in safety management within the construction sector, she has played a key role in developing and implementing safety systems at our company to foster a culture of safety excellence and zero tolerance.
Lebo is actively involved in various safety-related activities, including reviewing the permit to work system, monitoring safety performance, conducting safety audits, analysing potential hazards, performing task risk assessments, managing Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) files for contracts, conducting site visits, and leading incident investigations. Her dedication to safety and her commitment to maintaining high standards make her a valuable asset to our team.
